Analyse
Goals:
- Identifying strengths and weaknesses
- Clarifying your situation
- Laying the foundation for further guidance
Strengths and weaknesses of 11 areas of life
During the analysis phase, together we will determine your strengths and weaknesses. We do this on the basis of the 11 living areas (Finance, Daytime activities, Housing, Domestic relations, Mental health, Physical health, Recovery, Activities of daily living, Social network, Social participation, Legal/justice).
Weekly calls
During weekly meetings, we discuss the 11 areas of life. These areas recur in almost every phase. They are central to the counselling process and provide structure. We start from people-oriented areas, which are therefore emphatically not problem-oriented.
Our team of supervisors and social workers observe and report. In this way, we keep track of your performance and discuss it with you on the basis of the 11 areas of life.
Create a personal description
During the analysis phase, we draw up a personal description. We do this on the basis of the interviews, information from the intake interview and information from others. In this way, we describe your situation within each of the 11 life areas. We discuss both what is going well and where improvement is needed. Naturally, you will receive the personal description and we will be happy to discuss it with you.
