At Pret in Herstel, we do everything we can to provide the best possible guidance, protection, and day care. If clients have questions or comments about this, we encourage them to discuss this with us.

If you cannot find a solution with our counsellors and would like to lodge an official complaint or objection, you can use our complaints procedure. You can use our complaints procedure to do so.
